My name is Joey Lewand and my hometown is Franklin, Michigan. I am a Junior at the University of Michigan pursuing a Bachelor in Applied Exercise Science. My passion has always been sports. Currently, I intern for the University of Michigan Basketball and Golf Strength and Conditioning team, where I guide the athletes through exercises focused on strength, explosiveness, and recovery. My goal is to pursue a coaching career, specializing in strength and conditioning, and using my experiences to positively impact the athletes and coaches I work with.
No matter who the client is, I will always strive to achieve their goals. I make sure my clients have optimal strength work to reduce any chance of injury and produce stronger outputs in their events. My belief is to always give my athletes the best chances they can have to succeeded and live a confident life.
