About Me

I have been Coaching for some years now. I have 41 years of running, 24 years cycling, duathlon and traithlon exsperiance. I have represende my counrty at 3 world champs and have qulifide for the 70.3 World Champs South Africa 2018 We have a group based in Stellenbosch (Stellenbosch Traithlon Squad, STS) We specialice in all three disiplines of the sport.

Philosophy

My approach to coaching is very scientific, and do believe that consistency is key. A smart approach to training that will keep injuries at bay. The programme need to fit in with the athlete life style and is 100% custom to the individualised.
